Any new payment will automatically extend the duration of your Premium Access and Credits by the corresponding period associated with the new payment.

12. Refunds

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. See3D.ART may, at its sole discretion, provide refunds or credits in specific circumstances.

13. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Site. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will cease immediately.

14. Termination by See3D.ART

• See3D.ART may terminate or suspend your account or access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

15. Effect of Termination

• Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will terminate, and you must cease all use of the Service. Any accrued rights or obligations, including those related to payment and intellectual property, will survive termination.
